“Trading Up” is a three-part series by the Bucks County Herald that looks at vocational technical education in Bucks County, at the high school and post-high school levels. In this project, we look at what’s steering many young people to what’s still the educational road less traveled. The series is funded by a Foundation Fellows Grant from the PA NewsMedia Association.
